The blend of coconut oil and spearmint essential oils are the dream team when it comes to this coconut oil mouthwash, creating a product which helps to fight bacteria, reduce gum disease and naturally remove plaque.
The organic fractionated coconut oil is used as a natural stabiliser so the coconut oil mouthwash maintains a soft texture even at low temperatures. The organic food grade spearmint essential oil comes straight from the spearmint plant and acts as a natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory as well as providing a great tasting fresh flavour. It can also help relieve pain and toothache.
Take 1-2 teaspoons of the coconut oil mouthwash and swish it around your mouth for 5-20 minutes before spitting it out, no need to rinse.
For best results, swish until the oil has turned milky white, indicating the bacteria has been “pulled” off.
Store in a dry place up to 12 months from opening.
