The perfect tools when it comes to holding your clothes securely on the washing line; each pack contains 20 wooden clothes pegs which are made of FSC® certified beech wood with extra-strong stainless steel springs which won’t rust in the good old British weather. They are completely plastic-free and are compostable at the end of their laundry-holding life once the spring has been separated, meaning they won’t pollute the environment after use.

Being made of FSC® certified beech wood means these wooden clothes pegs are made from a material which has been sustainably sourced. FSC use their expertise to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests, bringing together experts from the environmental, economic and social spheres. They prohibit deforestation, forest degradation and illegal logging in certified areas.
Thanks to them containing no plastic whatsoever, the pegs themselves are compostable and the steel spring is recyclable meaning that at the end of their life, they are not destined for landfill. Even the packaging the wooden clothes pegs come in is both a recycled and recyclable cardboard box.
Their products are made in Europe and ecoLiving work closely with suppliers to manufacture responsibly. They are committed to doing the least amount of harm to the environment when producing their products and are not only carbon neutral but they also plant trees through the Eden Reforestation Projects. This goes some way to help the fight against deforestation, to help encourage agroforestry and helping to reduce extreme poverty through the employment of local villagers.
