Role overview
At nookary we want to change what it means to be ‘house proud’ with sustainable and ethical household products that are kinder to the planet. The role of our testing tribe is to help us deliver only the best products in the market that REALLY work, and to help us share the pride.
Your responsibilities include using the products you are sent regularly and providing honest and timely feedback to nookary.
No previous testing experience required. A love for eco friendly and sustainable products is a bonus.

Perks of the job
Testing tribe terms
- Our testing tribe is to help us learn and do better. We ask that you are open, honest and provide timely feedback with us so we can do our best work.
- Most of the time we are happy (and encourage you) to share your experience of the products with friends and family and on social channels. We do ask that if you have specific areas where something hasn’t met your expectations, to provide feedback to us directly so we can address it.
- We may ask for some testing to be done in secret, for example when you are testing products we haven’t launched yet. This means not sharing images or reviews of the products online or in any public forum and not sharing any details of the product with those outside of your household.
- Our testing tribe need to be UK based, and all product deliveries need to be sent to a mainland UK address.
- If you are successful in your application to the nookary testing tribe you are responsible for making sure nookary has an up-to-date email address and delivery address.
- You must in no way sell products on for profit.
- You must not be employed by a competitor during your time in the nookary testing tribe.
- Discount codes given through the Testing Tribe are for purchases for personal use only. We reserve to revoke discount codes if we suspect they are being used for commercial gain for purchases for third parties.
- We reserve the right to cease the testing tribe community and its discounts or remove individual testers and their discounts from the community at any time, without reason or compensation.
