    If you would like us to remove your personal information from our systems and records, you can request us to erase your data. Unless there is a lawful reason for us not to do so, we will remove your information from our systems and records within 90 days of the request.

     

    How long we will keep your information

    We’ll keep your personal information for seven years following an order or closure of an account, whichever is later. This is so we can respond to any questions or complaints and to maintain the records we are required to keep under UK laws.
