We hope you really love your order from nookary. However if you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return the item free of charge, email us at hello@nookary.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you a free returns label so you can send the parcel back to us. When sending the returned items we recommend getting proof of postage or recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility if returned items do not reach us.
Once the returned items have been received, we’ll refund the person who originally paid for the order. We will email you to confirm we have received the returned items and that a refund has been processed.
This policy includes items you've purchased in the sale.
Are there any products that can’t be returned?
The following items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy, unless faulty or not as described:
*perishable goods such as fresh flowers and food
*any gift cards or vouchers
*any pierced earrings
*where a product has been personalised or made to your measurements (we also can’t accept cancellations for these orders)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
